Worst cruise ever! Website for Princess Cruise Lines said "part obstruction". This was a total obstruction. Crew members worked on this lifeboat off and on so we had no privacy and had to keep our drapes closed. No TV remote in cabin, safe was iffy, keycards stopped working and had to be reissued, anniversary cake was to be delivered to cabin and wasn't until I complained a day later, cruise staff was condescending and cabin steward was clueless. I wrote a letter and Princess contacted me. Brittany in Customer Service (NOT), said I got what I booked and asked if there was daylight in my cabin. Is that the criteria to be satisfied with a balcony cabin? They had offered dinner at Sabitini's only for the inconvenience of the keycards. Only reservations available were the last night and at awkward times. We didn't go. No compensation for all that went wrong on almost a daily basis. Princess is only interested in your money, not your cruise experience.
