Royal Caribbean Website

Well, RCI has changed their website.  Now the only cruise showing up is the one I have booked for next year.  None of my past cruises are showing up.  Why do they have to mess with a good thing??????Angry

Change simply for the sake of change.

I sometimes wonder if Celebrity fired their IT staff and RCI, Carnival and Princess then hired them -- lots of problems with all of their sites.

Its terrible. Ive been having a hard time with it for a week. It doesnt show my Crown and Anchor number anymore and I cant seem to look it up either. Alot of the area on the websight keep giving errors

I can't find my Crown & Anchor number either!!!

Sounds like a phone call is in order!

Yea I have noticed their website must have been designed by UNC CHAPEL HILL basketball students...

That's one reason I won't book direct with RCI.  I don't mind NCL or Carnival (I guess I understand their glitches), but I've heard of seasoned cruisers trying to cancel a beverage package and having their cruise cancelled.

SMH.... makes me not wanna look... but I know I should.  I'll look in the morning, when I have fresh eyes and a clearer head.

I am having the same issue. I am Diamond Plus and site shows that I have "NO cruise history". Plus, the site gives you no information at all like your deck plans, room locator, etc. I sent them a message and am waiting for a reply.

That’s just mean man.  It may be true, but still.....
