Review photo size

On my last review I tried to upload photos. It kept saying they were too big (more than 400 mb), although one was about 390. I didn't have this problem before.

I have trouble uploading photos. I try and take a look at the size before uploading them. Funny how on my phone, I don't change settings but photo size varies.

I can see the photo sizes. I guess I have to figure out how to change them.

Hi

Scroll down to the bottom of the website and look at the COMPANY heading, then click on the Contact Us link.  Send along an overview of your problem and the tech staff can look into it.  BY THE WAY, we've had the same issue as well.

I sometimes have trouble uploading photos here also.  If I try the photo again sometimes it works.  Usually I just reduce the photos before posting and it goes much faster.  I THINK THAT MORE PEOPLE WOULD POST PHOTOS BUT THEY RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM ALSO.

I'm thinking that server capacity has something to do with the file size limitation. . . still it is irritating to have half my photos unlovable because of their size. I try to downsize them one time but if I still get the same error msg, I give up.

They're working on it.

unlovable = unloadable. (love auto-correct)
