Price Alerts not setting up for me

I've used Cruiseline's ShipMate App before, but it is not letting me set up a Price Alert as I have in the past.  I've saved the Cruise and I click on the PriceAlert Button to choose Inside and Balcony Rooms and it doesn't have a save button and it does not save them automatically.  What am I doing wrong?
