Price adjustments for Crown & Anchor? What about "Next Cruise" desk?

We're going on a RCI cruise in October (our first RCI).  I'm already plotting and scheming for our NEXT RCI cruise in April '18.  If I were to book now, put down the deposit, etc., does anyone know if RCI would do any sort of adjustments (if applicable) one I'm a member of the "Crown and Anchor Society?"

Also... another question.  I understand there's a "next cruise" desk on board (if that's what it's called).  What type of discounts, if any, do you get if you book another cruise while on board?

Thanks for your time!

Perks for placing a deposit for a future cruise while still onboard can be considerable. Azara offers up to $600 onboard credits, Costa a 5% discount plus euro credits, HAL up to $200 per cabin. Just visit their site for current MCI perks.

I would check to see what the benefit are if you place a deposit on a future cruise while on board a cruise.  It may vary depending it your cruise is one of the special offers that they list.  If you just leave a deposit & don't pick a specific sailing, the discounts are usually less.  If you change your mind on the particular sailing that you chose, you would lose the special discount.  It pays to come prepared with possible dates when you cruise.  I usually bring my planner just in case.  Carnival used to have vouchers you could buy for future cruises but they stopped that now.

Thanks!
