We are leaving out of Port Canaveral.  Any suggestions on where to park?  The good the bad the ugly, please?

Are you traveling in from out of town?

We are driving to Port Canaveral from PA in January and we are using one of the Park, Snooze, Cruise packages out of goportcanaveral.com.

I suggest looking there if you'll be staying in town the night before! We booked a room for 4 people and it was roughly $95 per couple. Included parking for 1 vehicle for the 8 days, and they will shuttle us to the ship and back to our car when we get back.

I also did the Snooze And Cruise from La Quinta.

I should also mention that we are staying at the Hilton Cocoa Beach.

Our hotel was charging 12.50 pp for shuttle to the port so we grabbed a Uber. Trip was only 14.00 no tipping either. It took about 30 min from hotel to Porter and we were on the ship within 20 min. We got there about 1130

One offsite parking site is http://parkcruise.com/?gclid=CJOKxb7uns8CFYJahgodMi0L9Q

Called Park N Cruise run by a policeman.  It's just one suggestion.  If you reserve ahead, the price is about $9 daily.  Another alternative is the htel idea mentioned above..

Another site is http://www.lotsofhonor.com/?gclid=CJqQruXvns8CFY89gQodG9IEAg called Lots of Honor run by Veterans.  It is cheaper around maybe $6 a day - you will have to check the current price & it is located in Cocoa with a free shuttle to all the ships.

One last suggestion is http://globalairportparking.com/port_canaveral_seaport_parking_POC/528_port_parking_poc_898.  This is a new parking facility around $6 a night.  Good luck with these suggestions.

I stay at the Comfort suite on A1A in Cocoa Beach. Nice hotel, free big breakfast, plenty to do in the area and free parking for the length of the cruise and a free shuttle to and from the port.

I think that the hotel packages where you can leave your car there while you cruise is a great deal.  Plus you get to relax the day before your cruise at a wonderful beach destination.
