Ouch .. if the scores reported in this article are true a few people may need to freshen their resume

Just saw this article and wow .. if there is any truth to this .. not a good thing for Carnival

To go from +90 to fail scores on more than 1 ship in the same quarter does not bode well.

Yuck!! Such a shame--the Breeze is a great ship. Even being a Carnival "cheerleader", I would want to see evidence that this article is untrue or that corrective action had been taken to bring the ship back up to high standards before I would sail on her again.

The Triumph--meh. No plans to sail on her again anyhow.

So far, the latest score posted from July 2017 shows a 97, They were gigged for, among other things, a fly was observed and a cook was sweating.

Good grief!! Petty stuff. Somebody probably removed the inspector's gratuities Big Smile

When i was on the spirt the ship was dirty with a lot of people getting sick

.......and THIS is why I clean my cabin when I board

I wounder when they will do the next inspection ? Will the ship be banned from port until it is cleaned up ?

Makes one wonder if the CDC has stepped up inspections and is being more stringent or have standards slipped a bit due to cost cutting ...... or a bit of both.

I have not traveled on Carnival in a long time. I took a cruise transatlantic on the Breeze from Barcelona when she came to the US for the first time. She was a beautiful ship back then & I enjoyed the food and service on board. But, it was a long time ago. I am sure that Carnival will have to clean up its act if the report is true. Remember, you usually get what you pay for. .
