we are are taking our first cruise in September. When we booked in May, there was a promo where we could add two of five offered ‘perks’: free WiFi, onboard credit and others. I selected our two, along with our preferred main dining time and placed the deposit. I had the email confirmation sent to my husband. Now that I am looking at our calendar, I did not see the dining times for each day. I called customer service and was told our dining is reflected on our booking. I asked about the perks and was met with a confused sounding rep. He could not see any additional items on the reservation. And looking at the email confirmation, there are no details. Only our names, reservation number and sail date. Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced missed perks when booking?
