My friend sorry to read of your negative review on company X, but that won't stand here, go on their web site and tear them a new A hole there, we're all good with that. This site is only for the cruisers. Try to adjust your review stars to better reflect the 7 days at sea.

Agree w/previous comment. You need to launch your complaints with the travel agency that was blurred out in your review. This is not going to get to the people who need to see it most. The review you entered was supposed to be reflective of your cruise experience, not the poor customer service of who you booked through.
You state "NCL is an excellent cruise company and this was our 4th cruise - 5*s." Why did you rate this cruise as only a one star when your statement indicates you had a five star experience?
Perhaps you can ask to have your rating amended to reflect your true experience on the cruise.
What made you decide to try that particular agency in the first place ? The air miles ? If that's the case, take it up with American Airlines, if it's their recommendation, they should be held accountable.
When you complain to the company. I would suggest that you use a hand written letter, Using the mail and being exact in your complaints and concerns will go further to resolve any issues.
We don't know what went wrong with your agent. but please post a further review of the ship so we can find out how that portion went.
I am happy for you that at least your cruise went well.
