Meant to bad u had to experience this.

Sorry that your first cruise was so bad. ‚ It is a shame that you took NCL Epic as your first cruise. ‚ There are a lot of bad reviews for this ship. ‚ If you ever try cruising again I would suggest a "premium" cruise line like Celebrity or HAL. ‚ All lines will have food kind of bland as it is made for 1000's of people so nothing‚ to spicy.

‚

I would suggest a hand done letter to NCL about the staff running into women with the dish tray. ‚ They will not refund your cruise but it could put a stop to this so others do not get hurt.

Please write a formal letter to the cruise line with evidence of your complaint or issue. I know that a hand written note does get answered. I have received replies to my concerns.

I hope you cruise again.

‚

We like NCL, but from what I have gathered, the Epic is a huge failure. Never sailed on her, and based on so many poor reviews, probably won't. I would imagine it takes more staff than they actually have to service passengers needs. But like every other ship, staffing is kept as low as possible for profit reasons. Sorry you had a lousy first experience.

YIKES! (Note to self: Strike the Epic, the Breakaway and the Getaway from my "to-do" list.)

‚

Thats the ticket! ‚ Make an accusation of a server hitting women with their serving tray then claim a a fake injury.‚

The Breakaway is a good ship. Too large for our taste. The best thing is the Thallossatherapy Spa. Large and easily accessible.

I don't recommend faking a serious injury to get a refund.‚ It makes the cost of travel insurance higher for everyone else and I never even buy travel insurance for myself.‚

Best part of their fake injury is they posted on here for us to read.
