If I can take my cocktail hour, laundry, and discounts from Celebrity over to MSC I'd be more willing to give them a try.   I have heard that they have improved a lot over the last few years in the food department.   All of that combined with the new ships that they will have out I'd give them a try.

I have already cruised on two of her ships.  However I am on higher levels  on Carnval and HAL.  This new Loyality Program would entice me to look more closely at MSC again.    I was very satisfied on my two other cruses.

Just got the email from MSC making this announcement (noted they misspelled "formerly") and silently congratulated them on a brilliant business decision. Though I've never cruised with them, I'm familiar with the company and admire their "Divina" which sailed out of my hometown, Miami. In a way I'm not surprised they are being innovative since they have such a long way to go to make serious inroads with the American cruising public. I'm wondering if it's something they've done out of desperation and if this unique concept will truly be successful luring VIFP and Mariner Society members onto their most interesting ships.
