Looks nice.  I love the lazy river idea. I have benn to Pubta Cana but saw little else of this island.

Looks interesting though the vendor pens remind me of a few other cruise port facilities and our not terribly impressive. Having only 2 berths may prove problematic but will be interesting to see how things roll out.

With only Carnival Corp ships porting there and the look of the retail area it looks like the  private island idea but not on an island and minus the BBQ lunch.  It does sound like they will have more excursions to do.  The advantage is that they will only have room for 2 ships, that will help keep it from being to over crowded.

Looks great!  Love a new port!

The new HAL ship is scheduled to visit here and I hope to sail on her next year.  I just may, then, get to visit this new port.
