Good news for Miami and RCCL.

I think that this is great news. This will give competition to the Fantasy class ship that Carnival uses for the 3 and 4 night cruises. I like the idea of moving the older smaller ships to the short inexpensive cruises. I like the mid size ships. This will also keep RCI with more ships then Carnival.

Starting at only 199.00 each, I could see this as add on, kind of a pre or post cruise cruise. Get off a 7 night cruise in Miami and just go to the other slip and get onto this ship for a 3 or 4 night add on.

RCI now needs to bring a ship back to Los Angeles for a home port for the 3 or 4 night Baja and some 7 night Pacific coast cruises. This must be profitable since Carnival runs 2 ships out of Long Beach (Los Angeles) year round.
