Newest Cruiser, advices for Cabo and PV

My newly wife and I are going to take our first ever cruise this August :-)

We'll be taking Carnival Miracle from Los Angeles to Cabo (2 days) and PV (1 day) on our 7 day cruise.

I did not book any excursions via cruise as I wanted to get feedbacks from you expert cruisers. Should we find excursions when we GET to Cabo and PV? and if so where do we find one? (recommendations?)

Is Cabo Wabo drinking joint that good? we love to drink! ;-)

Any advice WHILE on cruise? We plan to relax and explore, use pool, spa, etc... what about drinking? how much do they charge for a beer? (us) wine (her)?

Thanks in advance!

You can find non-ship excursions on ShipMate, an app for your cell phone. It has excursions and it has suggestions left by travelers of where is good to eat and what is good to see in each port. In Cabo I had always gone to The Giggling Marlon, but that has been years and years ago....... not sure if it is still open or if it is still good.
