So let me see if I got this straight....Your review, because you weren't happy with the drink package only warrants 2 stars? How about the ship, the cabin, the dining, the ports... I would NOT base my decision on cruising the Navigator on your "Review"!!!

My stateroom was awesome and our attendant was awesome! Definetely request the extra bed pad, it rocked! Do it early too! My friends did not have such an excellent stateroom attendant unfortunately. I smelled "BS" on him the first day. We left our attendant an extra $80 over the already included tip and I would have actually deducted money from our friends stateroom if I was them. He was rude and condesending and lied to them based on our awesome guy. No, our guy did not say anything against the other guy, it was just based on what we were told and what the other guy said.
I did have one incident where a drunk passenger assulted me and unfortunately, the cruise line has not responded on the ship not twice, but now three times. They assured me they took any sort of slap or hit VERY seriously, but no call back on the ship, no call back after the cruise, and it has been at least two weeks or more. I was assured security was revewing the video, no reply.
I had an awesome cruise, but the lack of management response to an assult is greatly disturbing to me and my husband......
