I sent a response to MY CRUISE EXPERIENCE to MSC Customer Service Department per their request on 05/19/2014. I am still waiting on a response. All of you who say STOP COMPLAINING. When it's my money and my time I make sure I get professional treatment. STAND FOR SOMETHING OR FALL FOR ANYTHING.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience on MSC. We have been on two of their ships leaving from Ft Lauderdale & we had wonderful cruises both times. One was on the Divina just after she arrived in FL. I hope that you get your problem resolved by the cruise line. They seem pretty good about customer service and want to please their American passengers.
