Missing rewards

I never received my rewards for my last two levels (Cruise Director and Staff Captain). I checked my profile, and my address is correct. What happened?

I don't know when you reached the different levels, but I think Simon only mails out the reward gifts a few times a year, so please be patient. They may be waiting for something to come in that needed to be ordered. It is still so surprising to me that we are given gifts of appreciation for being forum members posting on here.

I got everything except my Captians stuff. I think the Trolls got it!Happy

Dont worry I believe it will show up.

I just figure if it's offered, and I'm notified, I should receive it. I still enjoy the group.
