Matching the Presidential Candidates to a Cruise Line

I'm surprised no one started a discussion on the article we published this week:

Which Cruise Line is the Best Match for Each 2016 Presidential Candidate?

We're curious to hear your thoughts on our matches and if we got it right.

A fair warning: Any overly partisan, negative or offensive posts will be removed. Please discuss the candidates as they relate to our suggested cruise line matches. Thanks in advance for keeping the discussion civil!

OUCH......

The whole campaign process has been one big Carnival

This sorta says it all about the current batch of Statesmen.....

Not really sure if I would want to degrade any of the current cruise lines by associating them with either of the front running candidates.I like Johngold's association with the now defunct White Star Line including the addition of our current PM.

A sinking ship, perhaps?

I think you may have missed Clinton by a couple of letters. I think that Celebration Cruise Line may be a better fit. She promises all sort of free items, but will then stick everyone with hidden (and undisclosed) charges and taxes (Free trip to the Bahamas, anyone?)

(I tried to append this to the previous post, but missed the deadline.)

From a purely outside view of the current candidates running for President. I would have to say that both candidates would be well represented by the White Star line circa 1912. I would also include in that group, our current Prime minister. That does not say much for the quality choices we have, does it.Wink

In my own mind, Trump would compare with Virgin Cruises. He has extensive experience outside his current endeavor, but no experience as it relates to his current job application.

This is not to say that he will not be an outstanding President (if elected) (or cruise line, as the case may be) but there are many unknowns at this point.
