With all due respect, if you have been on 7+ cruises, you would know by now that the money you can be refunded is reduced by the day the closer you get to the cruise date. If you had cruise insurance, you would have gotten a 100% refund of ALL charges as long as the reason fell within their guidelines. I have sailed on RCCL numerous times and have never had a problem to INCLUDE once when we did have to cancel a cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas due to an accident my wife was in 2 weeks prior to the cruise. Because we had cruise insurance, we received a 100% refund 6 weeks after filing the claim.
