Once again, I read a review where the negative remarks ALL point at external issues (in this case, bookit.com) yet it is the cruise that gets the poor stars! Your negativity should be pointed at BOOKIT.COM and not the cruise itself especially when you post nothing but a positive experience of the cruise itself. It is NOT the cruiselines fault your booking agent gave you the wrong information! "My family and I enjoyed the cruise, service was great" should have awarded the cruise 5 stars.
