Last Minute things you do before Cruising

Clean out my purse ... lighten my load.  I remove anything that I know I will not use on a cruise - grocery cards, department cards, keys, coupons etc. I then recheck my luggage to be sure I haven't packed items I know I will not need. Reconfirm paperwork for the umpteenth time and try to have a leisurely day before the cruise.

I take a much smaller purse on vacations because there's no need to be carrying around stuff I won't need. We take the dog to their sitters, and are ready to go to the airport first thing in the morning. I check flights right before bed and again as soon as we wake up because flights are often delayed or cancelled due to fog in late Feb. and early March when we vacation. Seeing "Flight Cancelled"on the screen is not a good feeling, but the airlines are great at rerouting us.

Double check passports, documents GO!

I thin out my wallet and only carry 2 credit cards, drivers licence and health insurance card with me. double check my cruise docs, passport and I'm off,
