Last Minute Snapshot

I prefer "paper" documents (my son likes to use his phone for boarding pass) BUT I always take out my phone and snap pix of my documents, itineraries, etc. right before a cruise so the info. is all stored on my phone ... And yes, I even snap a photo of my license and passport .... Just a thought ....

Good idea.

Just don't lose the phone

True ... but that's usually in my back pocket along with my emergency cash ...

Do you also tote a portable recharger?

Sometimes in my carry-on but I normally just fully charge it before I go and stay in airplane mode most of the time.  My son is so "wired" that I think he had a USB port installed in his foot ... My husband has used his cell phone 3 times in 5 years ... and he hung up on me all three times!

never thought of snapping a pic of the passports.

It is a good idea,   I just do not want that info on my phone....maybe on a flash drive..... but not my phone that can get lost or stolen so easy when in port.

I delete the info when home again ... I have to say that I guard my phone more than anything at a port because I feel it is my emergency lifeline for help or to call the ship if I had to ... (yes, I have that number programmed into my phone - lol)

I really don't need to ask why.

He's doing his happy dance for peace and quiet in a few short days ....
