OMG! So sorry to read about this happening.Crying

I have transferred from ship to a tender when the waters were really rough & I thought that it was very unsafe. Also have arrived in a tendered port where the difference in the height of the water & the dock was large that few could step off the ship without being physically lifted by the crew. Luckily we all made it safely. I have also seen passengers fall during rough seas in the tender & one woman had to be carried off after her fall. Luckily it was a strained ankle not a fracture. Please stay seated until the tender is completely docked and hold on when moving about the boat. Accidents do happen. If you have any kind of mobility issue, please think carefully about using tenders.

How sad. Tender ports always make me a bit nervous, but so far I've manage to hold on. We had two this last cruise.

Very sad, poor family.
