Itinerary change


my itinerary for the independence of the seas has changed which is fine the new islands are good however RC have sent an email for discounts in new shore excursions which ends tomorrow however when you go into your cruise planner the islands have changed but it still brings up the shore excursions for the old itinerary. Anyone else experienced this?

It took probably three or four days before our excursions were changed from St Maarten to St Kitts. If it has been a few days, try clearing your cookies and cache, or try an InPrivate browsing session. If you can't get into them before the sale goes off, I would call and see if you can book over the phone. Good luck!

I never thought I'd see a website worse than Carnival's, but RCCL has them beat.

If you think those 2 are bad try Celebrity's website.

Luckily, their cruise is not run by their OIT department.

Never really had a problem with Carnival or Princess site, though.

Funny I just mentioned a day or two ago in another thread how bad I think Celebrity and RCCL’s websites are put together. I don’t mind Carnival’s.

Celebrity is the worst site of the ones I’ve browsed. Seems such a good cruise line should have a better website.

Try calling the cruise line directly.

I don't find Carnivals website to be difficult at al to look at future cruises, book shore excursions etc.

Hopefully the OP was able to book excursions they wanted in the newly scheduled ports they will visit.
