huuumm, not for me.

Interesting indeed.  I think there are many in charge of US travel companies that remember the glory days of "Resort Haven Cuba" of the pre-Castro days and have been in a rush to get back to that.  But the country isn't anywhere close to being like that anymore and won't be for awhile if at all.  There are some airlines already reducing flights to Cuba since it isn't all that was expected.  Right now as it stands I have no interest in going there.  Maybe in the future.

Cuba may be ready for cruise ships - but I'm not ready for Cuba. Their cigars have been outclassed by the competition.

Better question is, is Cuba ready for Americans ?

Canadians have always been able to enjoy the beautiful resorts, history and culture of Cuba. I've heard so many good things from people who have been there.
