It is unfortunate that you had such a negative experience. With such cruise experience under your belt, you probably visited these ports before... but maybe not. Before you booked, did you research the ports of call so to understand where you would be visiting? Did these ports get worse over time? Did you bother to tell anyone while you were actually aboard the ship so they could correct the deficiencies? That will usually get the best and most immediate response... formal written complaints in the comment box while onboard.
Don't need to defend my comments while on ship all they say is sorry. And at the end want to make it all good by giving a discount but what good is that when you have a bad taste already. Excuses for everything like the stateroom attended said none of the 3 mini fridges are really fridges they are coolers So when do the have coolers with plugs I can go on and on but royal carb could care less
Once again sorry RCL lost a long time cruiser there fault no excuses hands down there fault , pictures say a thousand words , Have fun on your next adventure.
