Well .. since you are going on a cruise the diet should be a see food diet ;)

yeh I know...see it eat it....bah!!!

Only 40 more days until the diet is over!!

I'd love to give you some encouragement, but we will be sailing again in less than 5 weeks after getting off the Ruby Princess this past Saturday.  The clothes still fit and we'll be carefully watching our food intake during that time and then we'll cruising again in February.  We don't usually get so many cruises so close together....

In your case.... "it's good for you"!

Here's some inspiration for you, from a former "fat girl": over the last 6 years, I have lost 80lbs+ due to the Weight Watchers diet and exercise.  You will feel so much better once you start losing the weight!

I am sincerely happy for you.  our struggle with weight comes simply from a changing metabolism as we age.  Living out here means almost every day is a list of chores, much of it outdoors, and physical...which is just fine with me.  At least here when you bust your tail, you can look at it and know you accomplished something...At work....not so much...as for her, she stays active as well...but the old bodies aint what they once was...put on a pound or three...it tends to stay there...

40 days until a  cruise?--then Another after 90 days.... Sorry, maybe a bit of envy---but no sympathyCrying

I've only got 194 days with no follow-up. I'm jealous of your 128 days!Big Smile

Congratulations on your weight loss! Losing the way you did, in a healthy way means you are making lifestyle changes. WW works for anyone - metabolism has nothing to do with it. I lost 25 lbs with WW, and have kept it off for over 22 yrs. Big Smile

You got it, I’m sorry you got to go on a diet!
