if you could change just one rule or policy on your favourite cruise line, what would it be?

I would actually get rid of the loyalty program and have everyone treated equally. So often on John Heald's Facebook page, complaint and derogatory comments are made by people who think they deserve more just because of the colour of their loyalty level.

Airlines offer very few that I'm aware of, bit some loyal cruisers feel they deserve so much.

The rule/policy prohibiting me from steering the ship and blowing the horn.

I'd like to see the class of passengers be changed to First, second and third class. Oh and of course I would be in First Class of course. Angry.....Yummy

My rule would be to enforce the rule already in place about reserving lounges for only 30 min.

I would change the gratuities policy and just make them part of the cruise fare. No more long line of cruisers at Guest Services the last night of cruise claiming they didn't realize they would be charged and asking/demanding they be removed.

If there is a real issue with service, have a policy in place to review the problem and extend a credit if it is indeed deserved.

Good idea GrandmaJo. We always prepay our gratuities and it bugs me when I hear of people removing them. It shouldn't be allowed at all, in my opinion.
