I'm assuming there are lockers at the destination excursion sites?

I booked some excursions through the cruise website like tubing and ziplining (Cozumel,  Falmouth Jamaica, Grand Cayman)... is it a safe bet there will be trusty lockers there to put up our stuff before tubing and what not? I don't remember the exact name of the excursion sites. Do most of them provide locks or can we bring our own? And are they generally big enough to fit a typical grade school-sized backpack?

DO NOT assume anything. Many of these may not have lockers. Check with the cruise line or check discussions for info from others that have done the same excursion. Also .. those that do have lockers .. may charge extra to use those lockers.

That's a darn good question...unless someone who has actually done it happens to post...I'd say call the cruiseline direct and ask...and, fwiw, Id bet they won't know either. OGW is exactly right...I wouldn't take anything of value ashore anyway. I know some folks would take exception to this, but the truth is you don't even need your passport either...that lil plastic ID card the ship issues is your ticket to everything...and the locals know yer a cruise tourist anyway. Since you booked the fun n games thru the cruiseline, relax and enjoy...Ill watch from abar...I mean afar....WAIT...I don't like not know weird stuff like that...so I just GOOGLED....wait for it.."COZUMEL ZIP LINE LOCKERS"...and guess what..they have lockers! sooooo...why don't you plug in the right terms and find out....

This is great info to a good question.

I agree. Check first.
