I Hope They Are Still Watching Us...

Those little black domes and discrete lenses in the casinos, passageways, malls, elevators and decks are a bit less obtrusive nowadays – but they are still there on most every cruise ship. And that’s for the most part a good thing. Surveillance cameras deter crime and retail, casino theft; help locate missing passengers; and aid in employee monitoring – not to mention the remote but present threat of terrorism.  I’m for ‘em (oh, Mr. Demille – I’m ready for my close-up).

Actually I was thinking more of a bunch of uniformed ship security monitoring panels of screens - but...

I welcome the security cameras.

I don't mind them at all. I think they are a good thing. Of course i've always thought if your not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.
