How is the sushi restaurant on Jewel?

We are sailing on the Jewel of the Seas this November, and I have learned they have a sushi place as one of the up charge restaurants.  I believe it is called Izumi.  My wife and I happen to be fairly obsessed with sushi and we eat good sushi as often as possible.  I was curious if anyone here has tried this restaurant or it's equivalent on a sister ship?  If so please describe your experience if you will.

How does the up charge work?  Is it a la carte?  If it is a simple flat fee I fear we may put. RCCL out of business lol!  Did they have a good variety/quality?  What else haven't I thought to ask?

thanks :)

I was interested in the Izumi restaurant on the Allure but never went (reviews of bad service turned me off). I started looking into it for the Oasis and believe it depends on when you go. If it is a lunch, it looks like it is a la carte. Dinner may be a bit different, but the website should have further information. You can check more information and the menue out here: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/contentSiteletSub.do?pagename=revitalizations_dining&pagenameMain=revitalizations&discriminators=0

The one on the Gem is excellent, as is the Breakaway.

Was on the Dawn last November and had a number of meals at the Oriental restaurant, Bamboo which is attached to the Sushi and not once did we ever see anyone at the Sushi restaurant. We kept seeing the various rolls go around and around on the serving platform but never anyone having any.
