For the life of me, I cannot locate where to start a roll call for an upcoming cruise. ANy assistance please?

Click on More, Roll Calls, search the cruise line, ship and time and then click on Join Roll Call :)

But what if your cruise isn't listed in the choices. Were going on the May 28, 2017 Oasis sailing and it's not listed as an option. How do I create it?

Is that even possible to make your own roll call?? I would think it would have to be added administratively added once its confirmed that there is a sailing.
