How do we manage post-cruise depression?

This thread was sparked by Coaster's "What do you eat...?" thread. After a cruise, I eat everything because I am depressed the cruise is over. So sad! What are some ways to manage the blues after the cruise is over?

I come on here and turn green and get jelly at all the cruises others are going on. Then start looking at how I can swing another one and how soon and then start dreaming a lot. I also go through all the photos from the last cruise and find the nice scenic ones, then resize them to fit my screen and add them to my loop of background pics for my laptop. Looking at backgrounds of scenic islands and beaches in the sun helps me maintain my sanity on a daily basis.

Cruising really connects me to a happy place. Everybody needs that!

In order to avoid post-cruise depression, we always have our next, next cruise planned before we set sail on the next one! Sometimes we have a few future cruises already planned. Strictly to avoid those post-cruise blues of course! Big Smile
