Hey Todd, repost your freezing thread,

Open it to read it and it gets flagged. Really??? Can someone please set the flag for a double click to avoid accidental Flagging??

If you or someone flagged it by mistake, it doesn't auto-delete the post. Flagging a post sends a message to the moderators of the site so they can review the post to ensure it meets the community guidelines. If it doesn't, they remove it. If it's ok, it stays. You can always send a message to the moderators using the Contact Us link below and ask them about the post. Hope this helps ;)

The like button or Thumbs Up, takes many times to post but a slide of the right thumb scrolling through the pages will Flag the post.

Yeah.

I would like the site to change the flag to a double click to help in preventing this.

I wonder if it would be possible to space the flag and thumb's up icons further apart to prevent tapping one in error.

I'm pretty sure the forums are made from a template that is not that highly customizable.

I do agree, however, that hitting the flag should result in a button that says "Are you sure you want to flag this message?"

As much as I hate these messages, they have pulled me out of the impending fire several times.

Not sure what happened.  I have posted once before with NO profanity and I got flagged for profanity.  Weird...   All I posted was its FREEZING in SE North Carolina.  17 degrees last night and about 24 today 1/8/17.  I know the our northern friends are a lot colder but in the south.  YIKES.  Reckon we aint used to it..... LOL

It's been cold here for the past couple of weeks but it won't last too much longer. Right now in the BC Okanagan, it's 14F, going up just 2 degrees and then back down again. That's warmer than last week. We don't get much sun at all in the winter so it feels chillier.

I did it when I open your post to read it. I also flagged my own post by scrolling through the page of the thread I was on.

Ctav is your thumbs up button further away from the flag now? Mine is and it's really going to help. I rarely click on either because I've clicked the wrong one when using my phone keyboard.
