Hawaiian Excursions

Hello all

We are going on a 15 day Hawaiian cruise in November. I see a couple of different Pearl Harbor tours to choose from. Which one do you recommend? And, which excursions in Hawaii do you all recommend? We were really hoping to be able to spend a day at a resort but they’re already booked up.

Thanks so much!

There are many options. If you want to see Pearl Harbor, you can book with the ship or on your own. Depends on the line you are on. Check with the length of time you are in port. You don't want to miss the boat.

There are rental car options available at each port. You can also go out and drive around at your leisure.

Looking forward to your return and what you decided. We haven't been yet, and plan to in the future! Have fun!

Two years ago we got off a cruise in Sydney, flew up to Waikiki and stayed a week in a hotel there. We have been on all the islands numerous times over the years but it had been a long stretch since we spent any time on Oahu. I took an eight hour around the island of Oahu tour, including Pearl. Been a long time since I was on the north shore. I couldn't get wife interested in such a day long tour, but it was worth it, with 24 nice folk in a very comfortable van. That was really fun for me since I have taken that drive a lot in rental cars but I was doing the driving and unable to really look around.

A future trip for us. Enjoy.
