I got what I believed was food piosening once. It passed in a day and all was good.

No, we’ve both been perfectly healthy.

Thanks!!

I take Bonine every night, starting the night before we sail and have never been the slightest bit queasy.

My 5 y/o grandson would get a bit seasick every night at dinner.  Green apples did the trick every time.  The crew told us about those, and they really worked for him.

I have never been sick on a cruise.

My wife, on the other hand, gets queasy the first couple of days, but then feels fine afterwards.

Wow! Who knew “green apples” can help sea sickness?? Good tip!

Well, they tell me, green apples will do the trick!

I am very motion sensitive, and have been very sea sick.  I have found that the "patch" works best for me and my doctor is kind enough to ask how many cruises I have booked for the year and will write the prescription for the year.  I know it works because we have been on a few sailing where more than half the ship got sea sick and I was fine.  It doesn't work for everyone...one of my sisters cannot use it and another can... go figure. I have also over indulged, been sorry and promised "never again", but I don't think that's what you wanted to know.Wink

I've never been seasick or had a virus on the ship. My daughter caught the Norovirus and was quarantined to her cabin for 2 weeks.

I had a mild case of Noro once and was quarantined in the cabin for two days. Celebrity did not charge for medical treatment, gave me free movies to watch and i received a credit for the two days to be used on our next cruise. I know how I caught it, because one of our party got sick the first day, she said the person she was sitting next to on the plane was sick. I have never suffered from sea sickness.
