Halloween on Carnival Freedom

Do people go "overboard" on bringing Halloween costumes on a cruise?  Going on one in 2018 on Freedom.

Probably the same people who go "overboard" at work, will go "overboard" on a cruise ship. Some folks love to party and have fun, some like to watch, others could not care either way. My bet is that you will see a lot of creative costumes on your cruise. Enjoy!

GIL155 nailed it ...wide mix of those who costume and those who don't,

As stated, so do and some don't. It is one of our favorite times to sail because everyone seems extra happy. It you are interested in some pictures, check out my review from this past Halloween on the Miracle: https://cruiseline.com/ship/carnival-miracle/review/431129

I can't be the only one with Halloween stories for coasterking! The Carnival ships usually have a pumpkin caring contest, children's costume contest, adult costume contest and much more. We enjoy sailing over Halloween. I hope you have as much fun as we do, coasteking.

Some will, others won't. It is up to you.
