Halloween Costume Help

This year, for the first time ever, we’ll be cruising over Halloween and we desperately need costume ideas! I’m sure the ship will have things going on too, but we’re part of a large group having a big costume party and there will be prizes! A few thoughts:

The party is outdoors and it could be warm out, so we’d like to avoid anything too heavy or hot. A “couples” costume idea would be good, but not mandatory. We’re driving to the ship, so size and weight aren’t deal breakers. Please include photos of your ideas if at all possible.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions! Happy Halloween and Happy Cruising!!!

For this one, you’ll need to soak strips of newspaper plaster of Paris and water. Get the biggest balloon you can find and blow it up. Cover the balloon with the strips of paper. Let it harden. Pop the balloon, and cut out holes for your head and legs. Decorate it with bright colours. Make sure you can put in lots of candy. There ! You’re a piñata. Get a broomstick from your cabin steward. This is where trust comes in Wink. At some point let her start taking swings at you. When the piñata breaks, the candy comes out, you’re done.

Love it! Big Smile

Found this one:

Ha.....I like that one

What about a Harry Potter theme? There's lots of characters to choose from so perfect for a group and easy to pack, I found this Harry Potter outfit which would be perfect https://www.partypacks.co.uk/official-adult-harry-potter-gryffindor-robe-one-size-pid84708.html

Hope you enjoy your trip.

I have a good idea

you can dress kind of casual and go as travel agentsWink

Here's an easy one for you. One year my husband and I went as Flamenco dancers. I wore a simple black dress with a bright red shawl. I placed bright red flowers in my hair. My husband was in his black suit and a matching red flower in his jacket pocket. Ole!

Very nice! Was the party actually at The Alamo?

Sort of. We live in San Antonio and the party was right across from the Alamo.

I remember that place Big Smile
