Had to cancel cruise

Hi everyone,

 

yesterday afternoon, my mom was not feeling well, she had my dad call the ambulance and she went to the hospital. We were getting ready to head out last night instead of this morning, but we got the call about mom going to the ER. Chris and I got down there after I arrived, the was taken in to get a CT-scan, but she coded and never regained consciousness. We canceled our cruise and are helping with the final arrangements. Carnival was great, I knew that we were in the no money back stage, but they are refunding the port fees, taxes, water and internet packages we purchased. We did get the insurance from Nationwide, will be contacting them.
