It reads to me that your review is primarily based on the bad service provided by your agent and not necessarily the cruise line or ship itself. I do not feel that the 3 stars is warranted for your review of the Grandeur because it sounds as though with only one real complaint (the warmth in certain venues) about the ship, your disappointment lies mostly with your booking agent.

It is unfair to rate the cruise bad because your booking agent did not give you the support that you needed. They are two different companies that do not have control over the other one,
I honestly do not think that 150 characters is too many for someone to sum up their cruise experience. Sorry that your cruise did not meet your expectations. I hope that your next cruise goes smoother for you. It sounds like your complaints are mostly with Cheap Cruises not the cruise line. I'll bet that my reply to you is more than 150 characters.
