can people with the refugee ( Venezuelans) can do cruises??? and what option we have

Well it looks like the updated "guidance" puts my mask question to rest. It appears some common sense is starting to come out of the CDC.

Sounds like the issue will be more "relaxed". I no longer have visions of a cabin steward running full gallop down a hall and tackling me before I reach the elevators because he saw I wasn't wearing a face mask, even though he or she, I, and almost everyone else on board will all have been vaccinated.

My big question is kids under 12..a lot of families take their children. I know Carnival and Royal are the lines who have the most kids on them. A lot of folks have had their family vacations planned for a while and those plans include the kiddos.

Yeah, that's been a wildcard in the whole resumption of service saga. It's probably one of the main reasons CCL and RCL don't want to make vaccines mandatory. That would automatically take a big percentage of their bookings off the table.

The good news is CDC guidance has been relaxing (albeit ever so slowly). Hopefully there will be some "favorable" guidance on that issue shortly.

Will the ships have sanitizers available throughout the various areas of the ship? Other than the buffet and the MDR. Will they have buffet or is it gone?

The legal issues are too important for other cruisers to answer. It would be wiser for you to call the cruise line directly and get the answer in writing. Don’t just get someone saying “I think so”.

What % of capacity will ships sail at ? With new CDC mask rules will ships be at 100% or 60% ?

I think it would depend on where it goes. Hopefully it wouldn't be full, a lot would be very uncomfortable.
