Funny Friday

It's Friday and my work load is light. Let's have some fun!

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen happen on a cruise (in port included)? I mean the kind of funny that makes your belly roll and tears form in you eyes.

Unfortunately, I don't have any funny stories -- the closest I have are some of the pier runners in Cozumel.

Nothing that funny but I am looking forward to the stories that will certainly follow.

Problem is sometimes the really funny ones are at someones expense...I got an absolute hoot, and fortunately other folks saw it too and laffed their buns off...some might not think its funny.

Always wondered why certain women feel the need to go in the pool covered in bling and caked on makeup, hair done just so,,,and stand in it mebbe thigh deep. Once upon a time two rather large such were standing in the pool onboard...both their arms held above the water so's not to get ANYTHING wet...two, shall we say less behaved members of the younger set were doing what comes naturally in the pool...one of em got splashed, big time, and mustve lost her balance because she grabbed the other one and they both sat down, one actually got her head under water for a second or two. They both stood up looking like drowned cats. eyes kinda wild and had a devil of a time climbing out of the pool. Just so happened we were in a couple of chaises near the ladder, along with two other couples just talking bout...nothing..when all this happened. I don't know who started laffing first, but I can honestly say it wasn't me. well..it was contagious...and loud...po thangs....probably took em hours to redecorate...

One of the funniest things I witnessed on a cruise. A lady probably in her 50’s was pounding on the cabin next door, yelling Tom open the door my key don’t work. Well the door opened and the gentleman said I’m not Tom. I believe you have the wrong room. Well she looked at him and said your much better looking than my Tom. Sure you don’t want to be Tom! They both laughed determined her cabin was a deck below.
