WE to were upset with how they dealt with these issues. They knew there was problems with the ship and we had our ports changed on Nov 30th sailing with no notification. They are just worried about making money instead of informing their guests about what is going on. I had excursions booked with private companies and it would have been nice to have known that we were not going to these ports so I could have cancelled these excursions and booked new ones. It seems to me they did not want to let their guest no because they knew people would be calling to complain or cancel and they did not want to deal with it. I agree poor customer service and a big disappointment.

They are not very honest people at all, it is not 100% satisfied has they say that you are, money money that is what it is all about ° °¤
This ship has had problems for months. We were on it the end of October and it was a disaster getting on due to the ship coming back late due to the problems. We came to the port late and it still took an hour to get on. Getting off the ship was worse than getting on. We did not get to our car until 12:40 PM. This better be fixed in the January dry dock.
If anyone of you hear that they are going to do something for the screw up on our cruise please let me know . Thank You Toy
Why did you give it 5 stars? We had a decent cruise just embarkation and debarkation was a disaster.
I thought I saw somebody post they were getting a 25% discount on a future cruise. I think it was an earlier cruise than yours. RCI doesn't give anything for mishaps on a cruise other than refund port fees.
The ONLY reason that I gave it a 5 star is that is the only way that it would let me make a comment, and I DO FEEL that they owe everybody something because they knew that there was something wrong with the ship and DID NOT give us a chance to reschudle my cruise. They knew it back in OCT.
Your critique makes no sense...what do you mean by "not running the way it was supposed to"? Was there something wrong mechanically with the ship? Was the itinerary changed due to weather conditions? I can't figure out what your complaints are...
What I can't figure out from this review is why the poster felt it necessary to give the review 5 stars for NO OTHER REASON than to draw attention to his post. It would have gotten the same results (if not MORE) if the poster had given it 1 star. I tend to read more posts with less than 4 stars to identify issues with cruise lines or ships. Give it 1 star. Explain your problems with the cruise then write a letter to the corporate office of that cruise line. I can almost guarantee you that no one from RCCL will read your review on this thread. So give an honest review (which is what this site is about), much of what you have done OTHER than the 5 star "attention getter".
CrusinTim I had to rate it at a 5 because it would NOT let me comment when I tried to do a one, and I have contacted corporate and they told me that they DONT feel that they should do anything to compensate there guests on this cruise, and I feel that they just flat out LIED to us all and the people on the next cruise's also. SO that is why I did it the way that I did.
toychil, why weren't you able to rate your cruise 1-star? Did you receive an error message or experience some kind of glitch?
Glitterfairy, yes the ship had a problem and has had sense October, one of the propellers is not working there for the ship CANNOT make the speed that it needs to, that is why our port times changed and that they said that they had a medical emergency ( haha) that is why we did not go to Cosmell, I feel that they took advantage of us,
