WE to were upset with how they dealt with these issues. They knew there was problems with the ship and we had our ports changed on Nov 30th sailing with no notification. They are just worried about making money instead of informing their guests about what is going on. I had excursions booked with private companies and it would have been nice to have known that we were not going to these ports so I could have cancelled these excursions and booked new ones. It seems to me they did not want to let their guest no because they knew people would be calling to complain or cancel and they did not want to deal with it. I agree poor customer service and a big disappointment.
