First Time Cruiser

Hi,

We cruised for the very first time in our lives and loved it. We look forward to many more. This forum is quite informative. Wish we had read before we went. Anyways, we will now do so.

Glad you enjoyed the cruise.  Consider yourself stricken with something that has no known cure.   You will crave buffet food. You will pine for little animals made out of towels.   The disease will go into a brief remission only upon taking another cruise.  Sorry to give you the prognosis, but we all have it Big Smile.

I totally agree. We all are talking about the food, ports, the time we had, friends that our kids made....

Coming back to work, school, cooking and cleaning is like being sent to prison straight from paradise!

Now which is the better option? Happy

Welcome to the addiction..... it is not illegal, not bad for your health, not socially unacceptable, but does cause cravings. I am going through withdrawal and it has only been 59 days since my last cruise. I'm looking into a January cruise even if it is only a 4 night cruise.

Hi 1enjoycruise!  Yep, you’re hooked – all I can tell you is the best remedy for those post-cruise blues is to start planning your next cruise!  Before we start our next cruise, we always try to have our NEXT next cruise already booked – it makes getting off the current one just a little bit easier!  In the meantime, cruisline.com is a great place for help planning your next trip, talking about past adventures and living vicariously through the cruises of others!

Hi glomarrone,

We did post our review right after the cruise. We cruised on Carnival Ecstasy: Miami - Key West - Bahamas. It was fabulous!

How did you manage almost 50 cruises? We envy you....:) Jokes aside, we will learn from all your experiences, so keep posting. We check this site regularly, truly addicted, you can tell!

Thanks.
