FINDING "STUFF" IN YOUR CABIN?

Anybody ever find anything in your cabin, left over from a previous occupant?  (or mebbe from 20 occupants ago, who knows?)  We found a throwaway camera up above a closet...didn't take it, altho I wondered what was on it?   And more than once we found the previous occupants charges on their account, that hadn't yet been deleted..they had a grand ol time...  ONCE, I figured i'd let whoever that was buy me a beer...Way back when, b4 I got drink packages.. Embarkation day..in port...you KNOW what that costs eh?  The most expensive beer I EVER bought...welllll...it turned up on my account anyway, course it did, they ran my card....but its a good idea to check your cabin out thoroughly...under beds shelves, you never know...

Only once--found a nice hand written to addressed to "The Next Occupants" Check with my room guy and he mentioned that the folks that left that morning asked that the note be left in the bedside drawer. Nice little note about the "Secret Stairway to the promenade deck, the door to deck 11 viewing area. And last buy not least, the effect that the lounge downstairs had when you tried to sleep. Explained that the gentle vibrations and Bass sounds were actually soothing..... they were right.

I found a bundle of “stuff” Wink with estimated street value of $750,000.

I realized early retirement could be laying there in my hands that afternoon.  But then I thought about the long prison sentence and missing the chance to visit the Perry’s in Canada.

So I gave the bundle to my room steward as a tip.

No wonder he laffed at my tip...claimed I probably needed it more than he did.....

I have, how do I say this delicately. You see I have a CPAP machine. So I will run an extension cord under the bed to the so I can plug in in the evening. I tell you this so you understand why I’m laying down looking under the bed.

Well there I found..... a personal massager. I advise the room steward where it was. We both had a good laugh.

Yes, found some litter on the dresser and some snacks in the closet on the upper shelf.  You wouldn;t see it unless you stood an a stool.   The steward apologized for missing those items.

My wife found a ring behind one of the desk accessories.

All I remember ever finding was loose pocket change.

A black sock.

As long as I don’t find anything that crawls.....I’m good

This last cruise two belts one reversible leather and the other a cloth belt.  All I can say is the fellow who was in the cabin before us was a big man.
