Evidently we can only talk about Crusing here :-(

Our annual cruise is scheduled for May 2019 and then I am looking into a Tour of France & Italy in 2020.  Anyone else planning a European vacation or CRUISE? LOL

On another note, yes my promotion did come with more cruise money. So excited!

Good for you...On another note, whichever that is, congratulations!!!! not going to Europe in the foreseeable future anymore...but altho we have 4 cruises booked, thinking seriously about a Panama Canal cruise.....dnk when to do it tho...gotta think strategy, weather, but theres no downside to thinking about it...and it costs nothing...till you start banging keys!!!

Going on a Trans-Atlantic from FLL to Copenhagen in April '19, with a couple of days in Copenhagen before flying back. Nothing planned yet after that, though.

We are considering Riverboat Cruise in Europe for our 50th anniversary in 2021. Still in the discussion stage.

... and congratulations....

I figure.. MAYBE as long as each of our comments include something about cruising we can discuss other things as well.

@Yankee I received a job offer and start my new job on the 29th.. So Excited!

I don't know which cruise I will take next. I am kind of interested in the Cuba cruise but am not so sure about that one.

If anybody wanders O/T its me....I like the socializing, as long as I can figure out who is talking to whom....(((ahem)))….its easy on some boards....or ONBOARD for that matter...usually its the person(s) sitting next to you...or places that have "trees"....

I have a friend the just took a short cruise out of LA and in looking at her ports I don't know that I would have taken that one. My MIL mentioned wanting to take the Alaskan cruise.

Congrats on the promotion, we just booked a transatlantic on the Pacific Princess. Rome to Ft. Lauderdale.

We enjoy travelling in Europe, both by cruise ship and with a rental car. No organized tours for us, if not on a ship we prefer our independence. Our best experience was when we rented a house in France for a month and toured from there. We have taken several Transatlantic in each direction and spent time before or after in Europe. Last year we visited Cornwall in UK, next year we are thinking of an extended stay in Portugal after our FLL to Southampton cruise.

I'm from Cornwall..... did you visit Tintagel castle whilst you were here?

@KLB - Sorry - I also meant to congratulate you on your new job - hope you are able to CRUISE into the new requirements.
