Boat was overcrowded, lines to bars n good were long, was not very clean, we had Sur condition but many didn't.  The toilets didn't flushed .  The refurbishment had to beostly in engine room. The glass was dirty any where you could see ocean.  For first few days, not of cleaning of doors and handles .  It took me a day nand half to get my bottled water package. 5 requests were made. It was prepurchased. The upside , great shore eccursions

That sucks with the conditions and situations... Atleast you had the silver lining of good shore excursions!

Wow, there was a lot going on. When we cruise we can look up the capacity of the ship but never really sure if the capacity has been met. Now, one cruise may not have a lot of heavy drinkers/drinkers and the next cruise may. So, even it you are a light drinker and unknowingly booked a cruise with a lot of heavy drinkers/drinkers. Then you could encounter problems at the bar. As far as dirty doors and handles.....use your knuckles to push buttons and arms/elbows to open and close doors whenever possible. Use your hand sanitizers...carry it with you. Wet wipes, toilet paper and toilet seat covers... Gotta be ready for all that craziness. Toilets not flushing, not sure what type of septic system ships use but I've see that that during days at port.....I don't know what they do with the septic system on days at some ports. Have to look into that. Anyway, at least you enjoyed the islands.

Why did they cancel?

Did you book through RC or a third party agency (TA, travelocity, etc.)?

Did you get pics to submit to RC in a formal complaint?

Glad you had decent shore excursions!
