Do You Prefer a particular Day of the Week to begin your Cruise on?

I love embarking on a Saturday as the traffic by the ports is so much lighter.  Do you have a preference when you leave or return or is any day of the week good as long as you're cruising!

I've always preferred today, however tomorrow is acceptable.Big Smile

I think most of my cruises have departed on Saturday or Sunday, but it really doesn't make a difference to me.

Saturday if 7 day, Monday if 5 day.  It's easier to schedule our work vacations if we only take time off during one week.

We are retired... I don't care what day it starts!

Any day is fine with us.

Being retired,  every day is a Saturday and every weekend is a long weekend so departure day does not matter to me.   I kind of like mid week so it is harder for those working and with kids in school,  that way the ship has less kids and less people on it.

Any day is a good day to cruise! Love

It depends on the length of the cruise and the end day as well but all things being equal I would have to say a Sunday departure. That way I take the Saturday for travel to port and if it is a 7 night I am home the following Sunday night or if it is longer .. even better
