This will be my third cruise, but my husband and two kiddos (7 and 2 year old) first cruise. We arrive back from our cruise around 615AM in Port Everglades. Our flight isn't until 339pm. I'm trying to figure out the best thing for us to do until the flight. I've looked into renting a car and driving about until we need to hit the airport. The problem is I'm going to have to rent a car with a carseat, because we aren't bringing ours. I've also read the shuttle service to get the rented car is kind of hit and miss for a lot of the rental companies and I didn't know how difficult it would be with the kiddos with us. I've also looked at doing an excursion on the day of arrival, but a lot of them say for flights after 2 or 3pm and wasn't sure if it would be quite enough time with it being 330PM. Any suggestions? I appreciate it! Thanks!

Rent a car with a car seat and drive over to Everglades for the day. Enjoy the park for a couple hours. It's beautiful. I've never had a problem with the shuttle service.

Awesome thanks!!
